First impressions is that it feels very cheap in the hands. It does function as it should and holds the battery firmly in place. Power delivery is straight forward, never had any issues with powering my camera and monitor/recorder at the same time. The worst part about the unit is the tightening feature for the rails. If you over tighten, which is not hard to do, the bolt pops out of place and you'll need to make some adjustments with an allan key.Works as advertised but one thing I've noticed is rhat it drains your battery when not in use i mean no cables nothing connected and thats just wild...It works alright. I bought this in June 2020 for a shoot that was subsequently canceled due to covid so I didn't get to use it for another 2 months ( after the return window ended) on the first use one of the tightening screws broke in half, leaving part inside of the plate. So now it doesn't stay on any rails because there's no way to tighten it. Reached out to amazon/the seller and heard nothing back.It is quiet a durable value for more, firm and steady and can carry the bigger vlock batteries with Sheerness. This is the worst product I have ever purchased in my life. The screws they provide you will snap immediately. I made the mistake of returning for a replacement the first time. The second I got the replacement I was setting up my camera for a shoot and the VERY FIRST TIME I attached the battery plate to my rail system the screw snaps. With ZERO WEIGHT ON IT! Even before I added the actual battery it snapped right off. Barely applied any pressure. This will waste your time and money guaranteed. It happened to me twice already and ruined a music video shoot in the process. You get what you pay for, but this V mount plate is just not worth it.It is cheaply made, it scratched my rails when I took it off, two of the outputs does not work....Just not worth it.Screw threads were stripped.para mi video cámara Black Magic poket 4k
